• The pay for this position is $72 to $75 per hour
• On-site, 5 days a week

Senior Electrical Engineer (Engr 3) Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Production Support: Provide on-the-floor troubleshooting and support across production lines to resolve manufacturing issues
• Project Management: Lead and support projects focusing on material cost reduction, plant efficiency, and new product development. Provide guidance on project schedules and execution.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in areas such as process capability, design of experiments, CAPA execution, and the application of engineering standards (ASME Y15.4, ISO, FDA, cGMP)
• CAD & Design Support: Design electrical schematics and perform CAD work for modeling, assembly, and drawing.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and cGMP regulations and contribute to the development of technical documentation.
• PLC Diagnostics & Programming: Provide advanced proficiency in PLC diagnostics, troubleshooting, and control system programming.
• Clean Room Operations: Work in a clean room environment, gowning up as required for the role.

Senior Electrical Engineer (Engr 3) Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, including hands-on troubleshooting, circuit design, and project management.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in PLC diagnostics and programming.
  • Extensive experience with Vision Systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Knowledge of obsolescence management and complex circuit design.
  • Experience in CAD software and schematic design.
  • Familiarity with ISO, FDA regulations, and cGMP standards.
    • Clean Room Experience: Ability to work in a clean room environment and follow required protocols.

Senior Electrical Engineer (Engr 3) Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma or Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in regulated environments (FDA, ISO, cGMP).
• Proficiency in Vision Systems integration and troubleshooting.
• Advanced experience in control circuit design and electronic component analysis.

Work Environment:

• On-site: This position requires you to work on-site 5 days a week in Cockeysville, MD.
• Clean Room: The role involves working in a clean room environment for part of the day, requiring appropriate gowning.
