Senior Executive Assistant Compensation

  • The pay rate for this position is $25.00 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Senior Executive Assistant Highlights

  • This is a 13-week contract with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and need
  • The required availability for this position is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Candidates must be local as they will be needed onsite initially, with a transition to a hybrid schedule as they get comfortable with the company's programs and procedures

Senior Executive Assistant Responsibilities

  • Independently perform a variety of advanced, diversified, and confidential secretarial and administrative duties for executive-level managers
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries
  • Process expenses and payables, ensuring documents are complete and follow through the approval process
  • Oversee the scheduling of committee meetings and manage related arrangements
  • Screen telephone calls and visitors, resolving inquiries when possible
  • Handle multiple concurrent assignments with a high level of discretion and confidentiality

Senior Executive Assistant Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days
  • Mastery of the basic Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in secretarial roles with increasing levels of responsibility, including at least 2 years supporting executive-level management
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to function independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of attention to detail

Senior Executive Assistant Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with PeopleSoft program
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams
  • Experience in the medical office space
  • Associate's degree in business or a secretarial field from a business school or college
