Senior Manager of Consumer Experience Compensation
- The pay for this position is $70.42 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Senior Manager of Consumer Experience Responsibilities
- Organize and manage project schedules in coordination with Planogram timing to ensure successful and timely launch for new items
- Management of consumer and colleague sampling campaigns to drive the generation of actionable data related to usability and experience of our Store Brand products
- Conduct sentiment analysis to uncover drivers of satisfaction—what matters to consumers related to usability and experience, along with any dissatisfiers
- Conduct competitive marketplace assessments using machine learning and natural language processing (e.g. sentiment analysis, topic modelling) to identify category and product-level opportunities for innovation
- Support data visualization for both customer generated data and data generated through consumer experience evaluations (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Support Store Brand and Merchant teams with ad hoc requests
