Job Description
  • Provide mechanical expertise in various areas of the plant.
  • Lead continuous improvement and corrective action activities and projects.
  • Manage project workflow, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Analyze project requirements and address design parameters and engineering challenges.
  • Oversee engineering drawing development and management using Autodesk products.
  • Conduct machine FAT, start-up, and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure all safety objectives and legal requirements are met and implemented.
Critical Information
  • 80% of time spent on production floor, 10% on desk work, and 10% in meetings.
  • Production environment includes high temperature and noise levels (hearing protection required).
Education/Licenses Needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) required.
