In this role, you will manage and facilitate routing copy from our content strategists for approval through various review platforms. You’ll be responsible for submitting documents for approval, keeping track of document review status, making informed decisions on prioritizing or backlogging feedback received, and either making revisions based on feedback or passing feedback to your content strategist partners. • Execute content strategy for our Medicare audience in support of larger organizational goals and objectives
  • Support the creation and maintenance of content that is consistent with UX, brand, style, and compliance standards
  • Work, as needed, with the Product Management, Design, and Research Teams to source or create the right content to educate, motivate, and empower users
  • Maintain awareness of user accessibility needs and WCAG guidelines
  • Collaborate with Medicare Marketing Teams to create a seamless experience for users between products and contexts
  • Collaborate with the Content Strategy Team to evolve our product content style guide
  • Support our Design System Team by providing content guidelines for components and patterns, as needed
  • Think critically and analytically to resolve roadblocks and troubleshoot issues in a time-sensitive environment

Position Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience as a Content Manager, UX Writer, Content Designer, or Content Strategist for digital products and services
  • 1+ year of project management experience
  • 4+ years of experience working at the enterprise level or within a large organization (healthcare experience preferred)

  • Working knowledge of user experience best practices
  • Demonstrated exceptional writing, editing, and research skills, including a relentless attention to detail
  • Experience working in an Agile environment (experience working in SAFe highly preferred)
  • Know-how when it comes to the complexity of cross-functional collaboration at an enterprise scale
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and adapt to shifting requirement
  • A passion for language and a demonstrated ability to influence audiences and promote behavior change
