Job Description
Title: Service Receptionist
Location: Irvine, CA
Schedule: Mon – Thu, 7:30AM – 4:30PM PST
The Service Receptionist (SR) is responsible for interacting with all employees and visitors who enter the Irvine Restaurant Support Center (RSC), maintaining a friendly, positive, authentic, and professional approach to deliver a consistent customer service experience. The SR reports to the Corporate Services Analyst and supports the welcome receptionist desk and Workplace Experience team to ensure all employees and visitors have an exceptional experience at the Irvine RSC.
Position Responsibilities:
- Welcome all employees and visitors with genuine and friendly enthusiasm in person or over the phone
- Provide exceptional service experience to multiple visitors at one time
- Occasionally perform administrative tasks including work orders, back orders, billing, input technician notes, etc.
- Manage the ordering of supplies for various departments
- Perform manual data entry
- Handle other duties, as assigned
Position Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an office management or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.) and other relevant office/word processing software
- Experience with web-based field management software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; College Degree in Business or other related field preferred
