• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

Social Worker (LISW) Responsibilities

• Coordinates admission, assessment, evaluation & treatment plans of client's care cycle
• Evaluates & modifies treatment systems to be responsive to client's progress
• Participates in process of establishing, implementing & directing social service programs & treatment system objectives

• Current license as independent social worker (LISW) in the state of OH
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
