Compensation

  • Pay: $27.50 per hour
  • Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates

Job Highlights

  • Contract assignment with potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and business needs
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
  • Location: Bellefonte, PA

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site monitoring reviews of long-term living service providers to ensure compliance with State and Federal guidelines
  • Review written documentation and meet with consumers and stakeholders to evaluate the quality of services provided
  • Monitor issues related to medical and financial eligibility of consumers
  • Travel statewide as necessary, including occasional overnight stays

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program or equivalent education and experience
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in social work or a related field
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
