Social Worker Compensation
- The pay for this position per hour is $45/hr
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Social Worker Responsibilities
- Performs comprehensive psychosocial assessments
- Identifies behaviors and issues that affect coping at the end of life Identifies issues that may have an impact on the safety of patients and families Identifies availability of support systems to meet patient/family goals
- Identifies bereavement risks and communicates these appropriately
- Collaborates with other disciplines in the development of the plan of care
- Provides input to the development of short-term and long-term goals Participates as an active member of the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborates with external resources in developing the plan of care.

Social Worker Requirements
- Master's degree required
- 2 years of Behavioral health required
- 1 year post masters social work experience Current NJ SW license
