Social Worker Compensation
- The pay for this position is $27.50 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Social Worker Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm with 30 minute lunch
Social Worker Responsibilities
· Social Workers shall counsel individuals utilizing various treatment modalities
· Social Workers shall discuss assigned individuals’ psychosocial assessments and family history in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
· Social Workers shall complete the GPRA as required (Initial, 6 months, discharge)
· Social Workers shall implement and provide social work, counseling, and case management services to individuals to enhance their social functioning and to help them attain a more satisfactory social, economic, or physical adjustment
· Provide support services in areas such as conducting agency specific reviews to ensure consumers are receiving appropriate care that meets State and Federal guidelines
· Work with MAT program
Social Worker Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent education and experience
- Basic computer skills
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
- Knowledge of professional social work principles, practices, and methods
- Knowledge of the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPa) as well as state confidentiality laws as applied to Social Work practice
Social Worker Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Office Suite
- One year experience in human services preferred
