Job Description

A-Line Staffing is now hiring Social Workers in the Lee County area. The Social Worker would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Social Worker Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $28 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Social Worker Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is 8am-5pm, some weekends required

Social Worker Responsibilities

  • Coordinating care for special needs family on the CMS plan.
  • Work with non-acute members

Social Worker Requirements

  • Must live in Lee County Florida
  • Pediatrics experience (1+ years if MSW, 4+ years if LPN)
  • Active MSW or LPN license
  • Experience using EMR systems
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Social Worker Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English highly preferred
