Shift: MON-FRI 8:30am-4:30pm
Pay: $30.00/hr.
Scheduled Pay: Bi-Weekly

Social Worker Duties
- The social worker in this position is responsible for an assigned case load in a residential center providing nursing home, domiciliary, and personal levels of care. Primary duties include completing admission and discharge procedures, providing ongoing casework and medically related services, working with an interdisciplinary team to identify and meet the needs of the residents, maintaining required documentation, and knowing and complying with the requirements and standard of regulating bodies
