Social Worker Compensation

• The pay for this position is $28 per hour.

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Social Worker Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with the potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

• The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

• Statewide travel is required, including some overnight stays as necessary.

Social Worker Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site monitoring reviews of long-term living service providers to ensure that consumers receive appropriate care meeting State and Federal guidelines.

• Review written documentation and meet with consumers and stakeholders to evaluate the quality of services provided.

• Monitor issues related to the medical and financial eligibility of consumers.

Social Worker Requirements

• Bachelor of Social Work from an accredited Social Work Program or equivalent education and experience.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.

• Must be able to travel statewide as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in long-term living services or healthcare monitoring roles.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
