Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location: Work from Home

Note: This is a W2 contract position; C2C and 3rd party candidates will NOT be considered

The Pizza Hut US Digital and Technology Team is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a 3-6 month contract to support mobile and web development efforts. This role requires deep expertise in React, React Native, and GoLang, with a focus on delivering high-quality, customer-facing applications. You'll operate in a Kanban environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship meaningful product improvements.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Deliver full stack solutions across web and mobile platforms
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and well-tested features
  • Partner with product and design teams to define and execute technical solutions
  • Lead code reviews and uphold engineering best practices
  • Own technical documentation and reduce tech debt
  • Quickly triage and resolve production issues
  • Optionally leverage GenAI tools to accelerate development
  • Apply software development best practices, including coding standards, peer reviews, source control, CI/CD processes, testing, and operational readiness
Position Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of professional software development experience
  • Proficiency in React, React Native, and GoLang
  • Familiarity with AWS, GitLab Pipelines, and DevOps best practices
  • Comfortability working in fast-paced Kanban environments
  • A solid understanding of software architecture and development fundamentals
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work across teams
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant field
