A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Special Needs Care Coordinator in the LaBelle, FL area. The Special Needs Care Coordinator would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Special Needs Care Coordinator Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $26 - $32 per hour based on experience and credentials
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Special Needs Care Coordinator Highlights

  • The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm EST
  • Combination of remote work and field visits local to the area
  • Looking for candidates in LaBelle, Alva, or Leigh acres, FL

 

Special Needs Care Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Coordinating care for special needs family on the cms plan
  • Complete assessments with members and develop and implement an individualized plan of care
  • Works with non-acute members

Special Needs Care Coordinator Requirements

  • MSW degree and 1 year of Pediatrics experience or LPN License with 4+ years of pediatrics experience required
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications and various computer applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
