PAY RATE: Competitive $18.00/hr starting pay + monthly commission from day one.
HOURS: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (hybrid scheduling available after 6 months depending on performance)
- No experience? No problem! We provide full training to help you succeed.

Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards and cold-calling
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client staffing needs and requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment.
Recruiter Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and a "never give up" attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
