Sterile Processing Technician Compensation

• The pay for this position is $39-$42 per hour based on experience ($1500-$1600 weekly)
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Sterile Processing Technician Responsibilities

• Decontaminating surgical equipment used in the Operating Room
• Cleaning and sterilizing medical instrumentation
• Preparing and packaging the correct instruments for specific procedures
• Keeping tools and equipment organized and easily accessible
• Document reprocessing steps to ensure safety and compliance
• Distributing and tracking instruments to other locations

Sterile Processing Technician Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• Required certifications: HSPA/IAHSCMM CRCST, CBSPD
• CRCST certification and Trauma Trays/Loaner assembly skillset ex. Synthes & Depuy
