Job Description
  • Participates in delivering quality health care to patients as part of the Health Care Team.
  • Performs in the scrub role during surgical procedures and coordinates with OR professionals.
  • Maintains compliance with organizational policies and practices related to attendance and performance.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills while supporting the health care team.
  • Utilizes aseptic technique and ensures patient safety during intra-operative procedures.
  • Participates in unit Quality Assurance Programs and continuous professional development.
Critical Information
  • 40 hours per week, regular employee status, no travel required.
Education/Licenses Needed
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology.
  • Surgical Technologist Certificate required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
