Surgical Technician Compensation
- The pay for this position is $24.41 -$37.84 per hour based on experience.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Surgical Technician Highlights

Surgical Technician Responsibilities
- The Surgical Technician is a person who has completed the academic and clinical requirements to function as a member of the surgical team and reports to a registered nurse (R.N).
- The inventory, distribution/delivery of medications may be required.
Surgical Technician Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
- Graduate of certified surgical tech program by a community college, vocation school, military program or hosp. school – required
- Will consider an Operating Room Technician with documented on-the-job experience.
