Talent Acquisition Supervisor Highlights

  • Compensation: $130,000–$135,000/year base (plus target bonus opportunity ~10%, per client intake notes)
  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Worksite: Remote, candidates in TX preferred
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals; set expectations for quality, consistency, and stakeholder partnership.
  • Drive performance and accountability using recruiting metrics/KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience).
  • Personally manage executive-level and other high-impact searches, partnering with senior leaders as a consultative talent advisor.
  • Provide market insights (salary/demand/talent availability) and guide leaders through hiring strategy and decision-making.
  • Standardize and improve recruiting processes, reporting, and analytics; support capacity planning and workflow management.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders (e.g., HRBPs/Comp/leadership) to align with governance and enterprise standards.
  • Support change management as the TA function moves toward a more consultative/advisory model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field OR equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • 7+ years progressive talent acquisition / recruiting / talent advisory experience.
  • 3+ years leading/coaching/supervising recruiting professionals.
  • Executive/senior leader recruiting experience in a consultative capacity.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience in a complex, fast-paced, and/or growing organization.
  • Strong communication, influence, and organizational skills; ability to manage confidential searches.
  • Proficiency with ATS tools and recruiting analytics/reporting.

Preferred

  • Experience in a strategic (non-transactional) TA model and/or TA transformation/process improvement.
  • Experience in highly regulated environments (healthcare preferred).
  • iCIMS experience strongly preferred.
  • SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent.
