Tax Manager/Senior Manager Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $ $112,000 - $190,000 salary (based on experience, education, and location)
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Tax Manager/Senior Manager Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is (Hybrid/Office) 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday - Friday

Tax Manager/Senior Manager Responsibilities

· Overseeing and guiding staff to ensure the accurate and timely completion of individual and business tax returns.

· Reviewing, approving, and signing tax returns for clients.

· Mentoring and developing staff to help enhance their skills and grow their careers.

· Gathering tax-related information from clients to prepare accurate returns.

· Analyzing tax situations from multiple angles to ensure the maximum tax benefits are applied.

· Building relationships with clients and attracting new business.

· Billing clients for services rendered..

Tax Manager/Senior Manager Requirements

· Experience in the following industries: Healthcare, Dentists, Professional Services, Real Estate and/or Manufacturing.

  • You have 5-7 years of experience in public accounting tax work and an active CPA license.
  • Prior public accounting experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • CPA or EA license.
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
  • Graduation from high school or equivalent.
