Responsibilities

A typical day as a Tax Senior Associate might include:

• Preparing tax returns for multi-million-dollar organizations or individuals.
• Collaborating with the tax team to handle tax planning, client interactions, and special tax projects.
• Collecting and analyzing tax-related information from clients to ensure accurate returns.
• Examining tax situations to identify maximum benefits for clients.
• Preparing accounting-related reports in a paperless office environment.
• Attending training and professional development seminars regularly.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

• Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Active CPA license (or actively pursuing CPA certification).
• Enrolled Agent certification also accepted.
• 3–5 years of public accounting tax experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong experience with individual and business income tax returns.
• A passion for public accounting and staying updated on industry regulations.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to helping others succeed.
