Manufacturing Production Test Technicians – Vial Fill Systems Compensation
- The pay for this position is $22.50 per hour.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
- The required availability for this position is 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (training for first 4–6 weeks from 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM).
Testing & Quality
- Perform functional testing of Parata Max vial-fill machines
- Validate performance, accuracy, safety, and reliability
- Document results, defects, and repairs
- Ensure units meet quality and customer specifications
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues
- Use schematics and diagnostic tools to identify failures
- Perform repairs, calibrations, and adjustments
- Collaborate with Engineering/Technical Support as needed
- Load software and execute firmware updates
- Configure machines per order requirements
- Verify accuracy of programmed settings and labeling
- Align work with production priorities and shipping schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Provide process-improvement feedback
- Assist in training new technicians
- Accurately record work in MES systems
- Follow all safety, quality, and standard work procedures
- Support continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives
- High School Diploma or GED
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
- Background check must be completed prior to start
- Safety shoes (steel/composite) required; safety glasses provided
- Candidate must have reliable transportation
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Drug screening not required
- AAS in a technical field preferred or 3–5 years hands-on experience with electronics/electromechanical systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience using multimeters and electronic diagnostic tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
