Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician Compensation
- The pay for this position is $21.00 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- The required availability for this position is 12-hour night shifts (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM), F Shift 3-2-2-3 schedule
- Set up, operate, optimize, change over, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment
- Perform mechanical adjustments, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Maintain accurate equipment, downtime, and production logs
- Start up equipment and monitor machine controls and safety guards
- Clear jams, clean part tracks, and ensure smooth equipment operation
- Monitor component inventory and notify material handlers of low supplies
- Perform and document quality checks and process challenges
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety, environmental, and Quality System Requirements (QSR)
- Support upstream and downstream operations and assist with rework as needed
- Work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills
- Ability to use tools and read machine blueprints
- Steel-toe shoes required
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
- Prior industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Experience performing preventative maintenance in a production environment
