Job Description
  • Serve as an active co-designer of new intake and continuous improvement processes and workflows.
  • Conduct discovery for incoming Servicing Operations requests, including stakeholder interviews and requirements clarification.
  • Create accurate and comprehensive business requirements, process documentation, and user flows.
  • Analyze KPIs, SLAs, customer satisfaction data, and operational performance trends.
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating with Product and Engineering.
  • Produce a process improvement roadmap targeting efficiency gains and enhanced experiences.
  • Support creation and execution of UAT test plans and maintain detailed release notes.
Critical Information
  • On-site role, based in Troy, MI with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
Education/Licenses Needed
  • Mortgage servicing experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
