Job Summary:

The Technical Marketing Support role provides technical assistance by responding to customer inquiries regarding IT, cloud security, and the MMS product suite (including Alaris, Pyxis, and HealthSight). The position involves creating technical content for customer-facing communications such as RFPs and security audits, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of accurate technical information. The ideal candidate will have solid technical knowledge in cloud platforms and security, along with excellent writing and project management skills.

• Salary/Wage:
  $41.67 – $45.14 per hour

• Duties:

  • Responding to IT, security, and technical questions related to MMS solutions (e.g., Alaris, Pyxis, HealthSight).
  • Answering customer inquiries and providing technical content for RFPs, contracts, and security audits.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Management, Security, Data Privacy, Legal, and Contracts teams.
  • Developing technical content for customer communications.
  • Prioritizing and tracking incoming requests related to technical questions and product releases.
  • Collaborating with the HIT team to deliver training and ensure knowledge of product updates.
  • Ensuring product security whitepapers are up-to-date with product releases.

• Required Qualifications:

  • 5-6 years in a technical role, with cloud experience (any cloud platform) and knowledge of cloud security.
  • QA, software development, or technical support experience is desirable, but no actual development required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong writing skills and project management skills.
  • Understanding of encryption and cloud security.
  • Experience or certification in cloud computing is a plus.
