Duties
Experience performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, routers and mobile devices
• Good understanding of computer systems, devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented
Experience
Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role
• 1-2 years’ experience using ticketing system software
• Experience performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Experience with other ticket-oriented workflow (i.e. help desk or other work order support)
