Title: Business Analyst V

Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)

The Business Analyst V will receive, process, and present data and information regarding weekly Infrastructure Service Requests. They are responsible for gathering business and technical requirements during client kick off meetings and consulting with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) on tasks required to complete integrated projects for telecommunication services, such as, WAN, WLAN, MLAN, Security, Contact/Call Centers, Telephony, and Video systems. They will manage multiple projects based on agency assignments.

Job Duties:

• Facilitate meetings with clients to gather requirements for all IT solutions, identify impacted business processes, and determine best process and IT solution integration
• Obtain and report business and technical requirements
• Facilitate review sessions to discuss projects
• Work with multiple network platforms, such as, WAN, MLAN, WLAN, Security, Voice, and Video Conferencing
• Disseminate information effectively to all technical teams, customers, and technical managers
• Understand a large (enterprise), complex network environment

Job Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience dealing with customers, multiple agencies, and vendors and/or departments in an enterprise environment required
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience within a large, enterprise telecommunications environment required
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with multiple network platforms and lines of service required
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Remedy/Helix required
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Project and Excel required
• Excellent customer and communication service skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• 1-3 years of experience with Clarity preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in DevOps processes preferred
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field required
