A-Line Staffing is now hiring Telemetry RNs in Mount Clemens, MI 48043. The Telemetry Registered Nurse would be working with a local healthcare system in an inpatient setting. This would be full time / 36 hours per week. Looking for ASAP starts (4/22 or sooner)!

Telemetry RN Highlights

• This position is a W2 contract assignment with potential to extend or hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
  
  • Contracts likely to run through most of 2024 if applicant is doing well and wanting to stay
  • Only looking for ASAP Starts - Will NOT review travelers who can not start 4/22 or Prior.
  • Auto Offers - You will receive an offer upon screening as a fully qualified candidate- In order to receive an Auto Offer candidates may not have more than 3 days requested off.
  • Does plan on doing a phone screen prior to start
• Day (7a-7p) and Night (7p-7a) shifts are both available!
  • 3 12s with a 36 hour guarantee (no 4 12s)
  • Every Other Weekend rotation
  • NO on call
• The pay for this position is $45-$53 per hour, based on experience, education, shift, and distance (local vs. traveler)
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse delivers quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process. Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice. Carries out functions according to hospital policy, the hospital mission, and standards of practice defined by professional and regulatory guidelines. Directs, coordinates and delegates activities in order to foster patient / family centered care.
• Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
• Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
• Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
• Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment and professional development.

Telemetry RN Requirements

• 2+ Year of Experience - Required
• Valid State of Michigan RN License is required (Active and in good standing)
• BLS through ARC or AHA is required 
• Ready to start ASAP - Required
• Completion of 1 travel assignment - Required
• Paragon EMR Experience - Highly Preferred
• ACLS - Preferred
