Telephone Banker – Call Center Compensation
- Pay: $26.00/hour
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
- Benefits: Offered through the hiring company (details discussed during the hiring process)

- On-site position in East Providence, RI
- Schedule: Tuesday–Friday 12:00 PM–9:00 PM, Saturday 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Client-focused role supporting customers and improving their financial lives

Telephone Banker – Call Center Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality client experience with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
- Engage with clients to understand needs and share solutions/options in plain language
- Build rapport and handle client interactions confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Adapt to ongoing changes in process and technology while continuing to learn and improve
- Use computer systems confidently to document and complete client requests
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Comfortable receiving ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Able to work the required on-site schedule (Tue–Fri 12p–9p; Sat 11a–8p)
- Financial services experience
- Sales experience (cross-selling/upselling/referring products)
- Inbound/outbound contact center experience (phone/chat/video)
- Personal Banker experience supporting high client volume
