Tensile/Compression Test Lab Technicians Compensation
• The pay for this position is $24 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Tensile/Compression Test Lab Technicians Position Highlights
• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday day shift, some flexibility in hours

Tensile/Compression Test Lab Technicians Responsibilities
• Execute minimally complex test requests with moderate assistance
• Support equipment qualification (IQ, OQ) and TMV development
• Support TMD and Ver/Val teams
• Troubleshoot test needs/requests with the requestor
• Maintain good documentation practice (GDP) and GLP
• Contribute to creating tools for process simplification of testing lab operations

Tensile/Compression Test Lab Technicians Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Tensile/Compression Test Lab TechniciansPreferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Engineering, etc.)
• Experience working in a regulated industry or laboratory setting
• Experience with Instron Software programs Blue-Hill 3 or Blue-Hill Universal
• Basic understanding of lab equipment and testing methods
• Strong communication and organizational skills
