Job Description:

The Travel Coordinator provides logistical support to healthcare providers working across the U.S., ensuring smooth and cost-effective travel arrangements. This role involves managing air travel, hotel bookings, rental cars, and troubleshooting last-minute changes to travel schedules.


Travel Coordinator Schedule & Location:

  • Schedule:
    • Training Schedule: Onsite for the first week (5 days) for training.
    • Regular Schedule: Remote on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. In-office on Tuesday and Wednesday with the team.
  • Location: Dallas, TX 75244, United States.

Travel Coordinator Salary/Wage:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour.


Travel Coordinator Duties:

  • Arrange travel (air, hotel, car rental) for providers, staying within budget.
  • Troubleshoot changes to existing travel arrangements to accommodate schedule updates.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to meet compliance requirements.
  • Participate in staff meetings, conference calls, and training sessions as needed.
  • Provide coaching and assistance to team members.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and complete reports as requested.
  • Manage time effectively and respond well to supervision.

Travel Coordinator Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Successful work experience in an office environment.
  • Prior experience with booking travel is a plus.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and multitask.

Travel Coordinator Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle frequent interruptions.
  • Ability to work at a desk using a phone and computer.
  • Lifting requirements of up to 15 lbs occasionally.

Travel Coordinator Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
