- Travel to various office sites to perform functions of the position.
- Greet all visitors and examinees and direct them appropriately.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Review chart to verify examinee name and add any additional information prior to examination.
- Provide examinees with all required paperwork for completion.
- Maintain a smooth flow of examinations to ensure appointments are kept on schedule.
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and emailing as required.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Saturday (hours vary by clinic schedule, from early morning to early evening).
- Workplace Type: In-person.
- Travel Requirements: Travel time and mileage are compensated for all locations outside of Everett.
- Must hold a valid state Driver’s License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
