Title: UX Designer

Location: Plano, TX

Note: This is a W2 contract position – C2C & 3rd party candidates WILL NOT be considered

We are seeking a customer-obsessed User Experience Designer to support our technology and product teams, contributing to this goal by designing customer-centered experiences across all US products including websites, mobile apps, and in-house solutions that help our franchise partners succeed. This role operates in a fast-paced environment where decisions are data-focused, collaborative, and iterative. The organization deeply values design, research, and analytics.

Job Duties:

  • Lead the design strategy and execution on their product team, with guidance and coaching from UX and product leadership
  • Help define design work that delivers business outcomes for their product teams
  • Consult with Product Owners, technology partners, and research to help inform product strategy that cultivates value
  • Contribute to the culture of our UXD and product teams

Job Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of UX-related experience, including a digital portfolio showcasing design, storytelling, and thinking skills
  • Experience working on Agile teams delivering value in digital products
  • Experience collaborating with research to discover and evaluate evidence-based and data-driven design decisions
  • Strong design skills, including visual, conversational, information architecture, prototyping, strategic design methods (such as design thinking), user research, and/or writing
  • A foundational understanding of development knowledge, both web and mobile, including the ability to design across desktop, web, mobile, and native apps
  • Effective communication skills as a writer, presenter, and facilitator; ability to speak/collaborate with product developers and executives
  • Familiarity with the value of design systems, understanding reuse and scale, and knowing when to contribute to make them better
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as Interactive Design, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or Human Factors
