Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Compensation
• The pay for this position is $74.87 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Highlights
• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability includes every other weekend, Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Must be willing to float to nearby clinic locations in the region
• Onsite, patient-facing role

Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Responsibilities
• Collaborate with a clinical care team to provide evidenced-based care to a panel of patients
• Perform patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems
• Provide health counseling and disposition planning for patients aged 18 months and older
• Document all patient care accurately in electronic health records
• Educate patients on health maintenance to support quality outcomes
• Respond to patient care inquiries throughout the day
• Contribute to development of patient-centered practice teams
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service within the clinic and retail environment
• Help with hiring and development of Practice employees
• Balance priorities to manage patient care and clinic needs efficiently
• Validate insurance coverage and incorporate it into care plans
• Follow core values and safety protocols including COVID-19 vaccination requirements (subject to approved exemptions)

Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Requirements
• Completion of a Master’s degree level Family Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)program
• Current National Board Certification and state license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in GA
• Minimum 1+ year professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Urgent Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Candidate questionnaire must be included on resume
• Willingness to float to nearby clinic locations
• High School Diploma or GED (required for employment eligibility)
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
