Title: Sr. Vendor Operations Management Analyst

Location: Work from Home (Candidates must live in the EST or CST time zones)

Pay Rate: $23.00/hr

Schedule: 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST, Mon – Fr, potential need for OT or weekend work

The Senior Vendor Operations Management Analyst is responsible for leading, guiding, and directing vendor aspects as it relates to the contractual agreements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). They are responsible for managing the relationship of the vendors and coordinating numerous tasks that will drive the overall performance. They will direct accountability for journey maps, research, documentation, assisting in audits, work instructions, service level performance, call quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction (OSAT) that aligns with models of customer and pharmacy satisfaction programs. They will also manage stakeholder and business performance, as well as the Compass Project and others, as assigned, related to Pharmacy Help Desk, Pharmacy Help Line, and B vs D.

The Sr. Vendor Operations Management Analyst will manage vendors operational areas Including, but not limited to:

  • Business Strategy planning for assigned vendors and lines of business
  • Working with vendor site leadership to identify operational risk areas & provide solutions to correct gaps
  • Attending Med D issue compliance calls to ensure each incident is vetted to determine if it is reportable to Medicare, and interfacing with all levels of Enterprise Leadership to ensure that they are accountable for reported Med D issues before and while researching root cause, revealing any areas that the organization is at risk
  • Reporting on the current and future state of Pharmacy network changes and implementations
  • Providing operational support onsite at vendor locations, when needed, i.e., pharmacy application testing, pharmacy system updates, client implementations, “Welcome Seasons”, etc.
  • Initiating vendor calibrations

Job Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • Experience with/understanding of vendor/outsourcing management
  • Strong understating of call center operations
  • Strong understanding of Resource Planning Operations
  • Operational Healthcare industry knowledge; Medicare knowledge
  • Knowledge of 5 Why’s Methodology of root cause analysis
  • Ability to facilitate and motivate OSAT/CSAT operational objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work, travel, and manage deadlines
  • Ability to work on a computer, sitting at a desk for extended periods of time
  • Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and/or holidays, as needed
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
