VA Nurse Case Managers

A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring multiple VA Nurse Case Managers for an exciting opportunity to support the (VA) mission of serving veterans and their families with dignity and compassion. This position involves performing key administrative duties for the (VA) Office of Community Care and Referral Coordination Team.

Location: Aurora, CO & Glendale, CO office location

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Mountain Time (excluding federal holidays)

Payrate: $52.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and provide patient care to veterans, ensuring timely and accurate services.
• Educate patients and the public about various health conditions, diseases, and illnesses.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the Office of Community Care and Referral Coordination Team.
• Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless care for veterans.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and care plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institution.
• All Registered Nurse applicants must possess and maintain an active, current, full, and unrestricted Registered Nurse license to practice as an RN in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
• Active BLS (AHA) certification.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Basic computer skills, including typing.
