MANUFACTURING/WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Atlanta NE 68923 – 100% On-site
• Payrate: $18/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | 6:30 AM–6:30 PM or 6:30 PM–6:30 AM, depending on business needs

MANUFACTURING/WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Manufacturing/Warehouse Technician supports general warehouse and sterilization operations within a high-speed manufacturing setting. Ideal for someone reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

MANUFACTURING/WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manually load and unload materials and products
• Prepare items for manual and/or automated processing
• Follow written procedures and maintain accuracy in all tasks
• Assist in identifying and eliminating safety hazards
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all company rules, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership

MANUFACTURING/WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN | REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
• Ability to meet physical demands:
• Lift 20–50 lbs occasionally; Lift 10–25 lbs frequently
• Continuous light physical exertion as needed
• Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment with exposure to dust, heat, noise, and chemicals
• Able to remain alert and focused in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
