Warehouse Associate Compensation

• The pay for this position is $20.50 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Warehouse Associate Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Night Shift: Start at 2:30pm on Sundays, 5:00pm Monday-Thursday, go until finished
  Each individual should expect anywhere from a 10–12-hour shift on Sunday and 8-11 hour shift on Monday through Thursday.
• Breaks:
  During this shift we take breaks close to every two hours. First is a 15-minute paid break, followed by a 30-minute unpaid lunch and then another 15-minute paid break. If we are working extended hours, then more breaks may be permitted based on supervision discretion.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities

• This position takes in-coming calls from members, providers, etc providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process.
• Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.
• What you will be doing:
  • Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing customer orders.
  • Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
  • Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
  • Maintain a clean work area to keep products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.

  Assigned a zone
  Production goal: Expected to hit the standard of FTE associates.
  Picking using an RF scanner pill bottles to a tote
  When picking, product is on shelving, so will be stretching and bending/leaning) consistently.
