Warehouse Associate | Details and Compensation:

• Location: Plainfield, IN 46168 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $18.25/hr
• Required Availability: 2nd Shift | 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM | Overtime as required (including Saturdays)

Warehouse Associate | Summary and Highlights:

The Warehouse Associate role is essential to the daily operations of our warehouse and is responsible for pallet building and order fulfillment.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Warehouse Associate | Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders via barcode scanning and labeling.
• Pick and route orders using conveyor systems or RF/voice technology.
• Maintain a clean and compliant work area in accordance with SOPs.
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Palletize completed orders for shipment.
• Operate shrink wrapper and perform dock manifest duties.
• May use manual handling equipment (MHE) for pallet transport.
• Operate parcel manifest stations.
• Verify accuracy and ensure proper packaging of shipments.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Assist with warehouse sanitation and uphold professional facility standards.
• Provide training support to new hires when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date training compliance.
• Support organizational quality and safety goals.
• Report hazards, accidents, or suspicious activity immediately.
• Maintain security protocols throughout warehouse operations.
• Participate in cross-training and act as a backup in other warehouse roles as required.
• May receive Hazmat training as necessary.

Warehouse Associate | Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Ability to operate RF scanners and voice-directed picking technology
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must follow attendance policies and safety regulations
• Must wear safety shoes

Physical Requirements:

• Regular walking, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, stooping, and reaching
• Moderate to loud noise level
• Possible exposure to moving mechanical parts and varying temperatures
• May require repetitive wrist and hand motions
