Warehouse Distribution | Details and Compensation:

• Location: Four Oaks, NC 27524 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $15.50/hr
• Required Availability: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3 PM | some required OT
• OT weekend/weekday hours: 4a-2p or 5a-3p

Warehouse Distribution | Summary and Highlights:

The Distribution Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, storing, and picking products to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting safety, security, and productivity standards.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Warehouse Distribution | Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders, including barcode scanning, picking cases, and labeling boxes.
• Palletize orders by scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders onto pallets.
• Utilize RF technology for order processing.
• Verify accuracy and prepare shipments.
• Operate dock manifest station and shrink wrapper as needed.
• Assist in various warehouse duties as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S principles.
• Support cross-training efforts and act as a backup when necessary.
• Participate in physical inventories as needed.
• Report any injuries, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.

Warehouse Distribution | Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Verifiable).
• 1+ year of warehouse experience
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mathematical and computer skills.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
• Must be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift (up to 50 lbs), and stand regularly.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Exposure to moving mechanical equipment.
• Frequent walking, standing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and lifting.
• Manual dexterity and repetitive hand movements required.
• Must meet vision and hearing requirements to safely operate equipment.
• Pre-employment physical exam required.
