A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Warehouse Operator in Four Oaks, NC. This position offers the opportunity to work with a leading company with career growth potential. The role is a full-time, second-shift position with a flexible schedule as outlined below.

Warehouse Operator Compensation

• Pay: $15.50 per hour + $1.50 shift differential
• Benefits: Available to full-time employees after 90 days, including health insurance, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match after one year of service.

Warehouse Operator Highlights

• Shift:
  • Currently: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM
  • Starting January: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
• Contract Type: Temporary with potential for permanent placement based on attendance, performance, and business needs.

Warehouse Operator Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Report inventory discrepancies.
• Safely handle pallets to minimize damage.
• Locate and retrieve products and replenish picking locations.
• Learn and perform other warehouse positions as needed.

Warehouse Operator Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (required in lieu of a diploma).
• Experience operating various Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including:
  • Order Pickers
  • Reach Trucks
  • Counterbalance (slip and clamp)
  • Dock Stockers (preferred)
• Must pass a drug test.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Strong physical ability to lift over 50 lbs as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient with PCs and RF scanners.
• Knowledge of general distribution processes.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
