Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; Friday 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $20.00/hr

Summary

Now hiring a Wire Assembler for hands-on electrical panel wiring and entry-level panel build work in a production environment. This Wire Assembler role is ideal for someone who can follow build documentation, work neatly and safely, and produce consistent, quality electrical assemblies. If you’ve done panel wiring, point-to-point wiring, wire labeling, crimping/terminations, or build-to-print work, this is a strong opportunity with steady hours.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and support electrical panel building / electrical panel assembly per build sheets and work instructions
• Mount electrical components to backplates/enclosures; install terminal blocks, connectors, controllers, and related hardware
• Perform point-to-point wiring including routing/securing wire using zip ties, clamps, and loom
• Identify wire color and gauge per instructions; complete wire labeling / wire ID / tagging
• Strip wire and crimp terminals (ring terminals, spade terminals, ferrules); install to terminal blocks/connectors
• Read and follow build sheets, SOPs/standard work, and basic prints/blueprints
• Read basic wiring diagrams/electrical schematics to complete wiring tasks correctly
• Perform quality checks: verify correct parts/placement, visual inspection, rework/fix defects as needed
• Document work using check sheets/build documentation/labels; maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Use a multimeter for basic checks such as continuity testing (as required by process)

Qualifications

• Experience as a Wire Assembler, Electrical Assembler, Panel Builder, Control Panel Assembler, or Wiring Technician preferred
• Comfortable with hand tools: screwdrivers, nut drivers, wrenches, pliers
• Comfortable with power tools: drill/driver
• Experience using wire cutters/strippers/crimpers; ability to produce clean, consistent terminations
• Familiarity with torque tools (torque screwdriver/wrench) and measuring tools (tape measure, calipers) is a plus
• Ability to follow work instructions, maintain quality standards, and work safely in a manufacturing setting
• High School Diploma or GED required (technical/vocational training is a plus)
