Job description:

A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Youth Correctional RN. This will be full time.

Youth Correctional RN Hours

  • 2nd shift - 1:30pm-11:30pm four 10 rotating shifts. (Must be available any day of the week to include weekends)
  • Must be flexible to either the 1st or 2nd shift hours will not get to choose the shift!!!

1st shift - 5:30am-3:30pm four 10 rotating shifts. will work every other weekend.
Must live local / within an hour of facility

Youth Correctional RN Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $45.00-52.00 an hour paid weekly
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Youth Correctional RN Responsibilities

  • Provide medical care to residents in a juvenile correctional facility
  • Assess health conditions and monitor vital signs
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Perform intake health screenings and routine checkups
  • Respond to medical emergencies and urgent health concerns
  • Document and maintain accurate medical records
  • Coordinate care with physicians and mental health staff
  • Educate residents on basic health and wellness
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare and safety protocols

Youth Correctional RN Requirements

  • Licensed RN
